Oscar was thorough, informative and engaging during the estimate phase, pre-inspection was reassuring, and the install team were both professional and speedy. The quality of work was excellent and the crews for both projects were very professional. Even though we had some friction Power was quick to address all our concerns. We love the final outcome and will definitely give Power a call next time we have a project. I went ahead and made an appointment for an estimate because that was the only way I would get rid of him and I needed to pick my daughter up from school. Right after I made the appointment he said that if I was going to cancel I should tell him right now because it would reflect badly on him. That his boss would think that he could not manage a schedule. I told him that as far as I knew my husband didn't have any plans for the weekend but since he wanted me to make the appointment now, I couldn't guarantee that something wouldn't come up. I wanted him to leave a card and we would call if we were interested but he needed to schedule at that moment.

First paycheck did not reflect the amount ($780) that was discussed/promised during interview process. I hope this was helpful for anyone seeking employment with this company. It is important to do research for any financial transaction.

The communication was amazing, and I was kept up to date regularly. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend them; plus, so glad we didn't go with the other company for the radiant barrier, windows, or doors. One date below does not reflect the time involved b/c we replaced siding, roof, and gutters. All completed as scheduled in 5 working days.
Salesman Tyler measured for 5 windows only put four on the order, so only the four were installed. Would NOT have paid that much money for just four windows. Tyler lied, scammed and never came back to check the windows out because he knows he screwed up and he should be man enough to admit his errors.
Excellent service and product
They provided multiple options for the replacement so we felt involved in each step. We were provided with full details of each offer so we did not feel like we limited choices. The windows themselves are absolutely stunning and really gave a fantastic update to our home. We had a huge picture window and two regular ones installed on a bump out. The windows look great and were installed very quickly.

My remodel was done in April 2022 and the original installed did a very poor job on the siding, gutters and trim on my home. I’ve been trying to get these things corrected since then and it’s now November 2022 with no new results. I’ve been pushed off at least 12 times to get items such as the siding that’s falling off my home and my disconnected gutters corrected.
The window isn't made by Power its made for them. Most everything the sales rep will tell you in the home is false, not their fault its just they way their taught. Nope they cant keep more than 15 or 20 at any given time. Power Home installed my new doors and the job was done great.
