Secondly everything about this company is a lie. They lie during the interview about the job, they teach you how to lie to unsuspecting homeowners, and the best performers are simply the best liars who know how to scam people. The "marketers" get $100 a day to work and they have bonuses for daily/weekly/monthly goals on how many appointments you can make. I wouldn't call it marketing though, you're simply a door to door solicitor. The hours are long and if you have a long commute be ready for 12+ hour work days.

Everything was done on time and had constant communication. The installers Chris, Chris, Scott, Anthony, James, and Chernic were the Best. Friendly, courteous, they knew what they were doing and worked very well as a team. I would highly recommend this company and the installers. Bathroom remodels are a great way to add value to your home.
Needless to say everything to eye promised they did not deliver on. Well 4 days after installing of new roof my dormers are leaking. Leaked into the brand new room I had just finished. Now I’m playing phone tag with their managers to get them to pay for the damages .

Cover your back if you go with this company. They LIE and promise that you will receive $780 after 2 weeks of training. Thus for meaning, you would receive your check on your 3rd week of employment with this company. Unfortunately you will not receive the $780 after training. This was very upsetting due to me having bills to pay such as rent.

Listen man, I’ve moved on and had a really successful career. You aren’t hurting me, I dont work there any more. You are just making it a little harder for young guys with a tough job doing in home sales make a living.
Ask for a breakdown of prices for materials, it's like pulling teeth. I lawyered up and I'm typing up my narrative for 'em now. I took a break and thought I would peruse the internet to see how many complaints from 2021 I could find. Was fired for underperformance after eight months (only time I’ve ever been fired in my life). Had a six-year track record of 60-70% sales success prior to and since.
On the day the Courier is scheduled and about 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time, I noticed a car slowly passing my house and the driver looking at my house . Then I see the same car pass again about a minute later -- I see this same car PASS MY HOUSE AT LEAST 7 TIMES in the 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time and then pull into my driveway on time. I could understand if you arrive early in the area and you want to do a drive-by to check where the house is, but that was ABSURD. The QA Rep asked to go inside and I stated 'No, Power HRG has taken up enough of our time.
The next day I googled the company and found these/your comments. I got their number from their web site and cancelled my appointment. Thank you all for sharing your experiences.
From walking into hot chocolate 5k convention, every single person was knowledgeable, respectful, and cared about what our house needed. Walking us through every step, showing us everything that could work and wouldn't work. As new homeowner, we have many things to learn, and this company has great employees that cared about our home as if it was their own. I’m a contractor my self i knew there number was inflated but the thing that sold me was the financing and the zero money down. They never show up and the last time they came and did one service not all the services as promise. Every time you call them than you have to wait two months for some one to come. They had me sitting here in June and July of 2022 never showed up.
Like they always say about timeshare shpiels. I was the rep who was driving by your house. The only reason that happened is because I got to the neighborhood early and I was driving around talking on my phone. You make it sound like it was something more. The crew arrived right in time, were very friendly, and did a great job. At the end, the QC rep came by to finalize the process. The installer was friendly and efficient. He replaced our rear door in less than 2 hours. I have no complaints, and would recommend the company to others. Buyer beware...Power will bait and switch you.
It’s unimaginable how a company could do this to someone who has paid $35,000 to have a proper installation done. Save yourself time, money, and headache and do not choose Power to remodel your home. Once you pay, they will not come back out to fix their mistakes. Please note, after the fact we read the reviews for the company on various websites -- the bad reviews were very similar but I will take this one step further.
Our project is not complete yet but we have been very pleased with the work done so far. They have completed the Roof and Windows in our original timeframe and everything looks great. The workers were very pleasant and cleaned up the job site each day.
