John left, we shook hands and he said thanks. I’m ashamed I ever worked at Power HRG. Was young and eager for a professional change. Bought the hiring spiel hook, line and sinker.

Secondly everything about this company is a lie. They lie during the interview about the job, they teach you how to lie to unsuspecting homeowners, and the best performers are simply the best liars who know how to scam people. The "marketers" get $100 a day to work and they have bonuses for daily/weekly/monthly goals on how many appointments you can make. I wouldn't call it marketing though, you're simply a door to door solicitor. The hours are long and if you have a long commute be ready for 12+ hour work days.

Everything was done on time and had constant communication. The installers Chris, Chris, Scott, Anthony, James, and Chernic were the Best. Friendly, courteous, they knew what they were doing and worked very well as a team. I would highly recommend this company and the installers. Bathroom remodels are a great way to add value to your home.

Needless to say everything to eye promised they did not deliver on. Well 4 days after installing of new roof my dormers are leaking. Leaked into the brand new room I had just finished. Now I’m playing phone tag with their managers to get them to pay for the damages .

Thus for meaning, you would receive your check on your 3rd week of employment with this company. Unfortunately you will not receive the $780 after training. Was fired for underperformance after eight months (only time I’ve ever been fired in my life). Had a six-year track record of 60-70% sales success prior to and since.

On the day the Courier is scheduled and about 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time, I noticed a car slowly passing my house and the driver looking at my house . Then I see the same car pass again about a minute later -- I see this same car PASS MY HOUSE AT LEAST 7 TIMES in the 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time and then pull into my driveway on time. I could understand if you arrive early in the area and you want to do a drive-by to check where the house is, but that was ABSURD. The QA Rep asked to go inside and I stated 'No, Power HRG has taken up enough of our time.

Like they always say about timeshare shpiels. I was the rep who was driving by your house. The only reason that happened is because I got to the neighborhood early and I was driving around talking on my phone. You make it sound like it was something more. The crew arrived right in time, were very friendly, and did a great job. At the end, the QC rep came by to finalize the process. The installer was friendly and efficient. He replaced our rear door in less than 2 hours. I have no complaints, and would recommend the company to others. Buyer beware...Power will bait and switch you.

It’s unimaginable how a company could do this to someone who has paid $35,000 to have a proper installation done. Save yourself time, money, and headache and do not choose Power to remodel your home. Once you pay, they will not come back out to fix their mistakes. Please note, after the fact we read the reviews for the company on various websites -- the bad reviews were very similar but I will take this one step further.

Our project is not complete yet but we have been very pleased with the work done so far. They have completed the Roof and Windows in our original timeframe and everything looks great. The workers were very pleasant and cleaned up the job site each day.

Oscar was thorough, informative and engaging during the estimate phase, pre-inspection was reassuring, and the install team were both professional and speedy. The quality of work was excellent and the crews for both projects were very professional. Even though we had some friction Power was quick to address all our concerns. We love the final outcome and will definitely give Power a call next time we have a project. I went ahead and made an appointment for an estimate because that was the only way I would get rid of him and I needed to pick my daughter up from school. Right after I made the appointment he said that if I was going to cancel I should tell him right now because it would reflect badly on him. That his boss would think that he could not manage a schedule. I told him that as far as I knew my husband didn't have any plans for the weekend but since he wanted me to make the appointment now, I couldn't guarantee that something wouldn't come up. I wanted him to leave a card and we would call if we were interested but he needed to schedule at that moment.

The communication was amazing, and I was kept up to date regularly. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend them; plus, so glad we didn't go with the other company for the radiant barrier, windows, or doors. One date below does not reflect the time involved b/c we replaced siding, roof, and gutters. All completed as scheduled in 5 working days.

Salesman Tyler measured for 5 windows only put four on the order, so only the four were installed. Would NOT have paid that much money for just four windows. Tyler lied, scammed and never came back to check the windows out because he knows he screwed up and he should be man enough to admit his errors.

They provided multiple options for the replacement so we felt involved in each step. We were provided with full details of each offer so we did not feel like we limited choices. The windows themselves are absolutely stunning and really gave a fantastic update to our home. We had a huge picture window and two regular ones installed on a bump out. The windows look great and were installed very quickly.
